His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, today attended the graduation ceremony of the 27th edition of the “Future Police” programme for male students, the ninth edition for female students, and the second edition for the advanced-level cohort. The ceremony was held at the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Al Jurf, Ajman.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi affirmed that the “Future Police” programme represents a strategic milestone in shaping future generations of security personnel, given its effective role in fostering national awareness among young people and preparing young men and women who embody responsibility and a strong sense of national belonging, and are capable of protecting the nation and safeguarding its security and stability.
His Highness commended the efforts of Ajman Police, the organisers, and trainers, praising the excellence of the comprehensive training programme and its activities, which enhance the students’ physical fitness, security awareness, and national awareness, while contributing to building their character on strong foundations of values, knowledge, and discipline.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman congratulated the graduates on their commendable achievement, encouraging them to continue their diligence and dedication in preparation for joining the ranks of the police in the future and contributing to serving the nation and its people.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department; Sheikh Mohammed bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi; Brigadier Sultan Khalifa bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-General of Ajman Police; and a number of senior officers, department directors and their deputies, as well as the students’ families.
Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman for his support and patronage of the ceremony, affirming that the programme seeks to prepare qualified national cadres academically and physically, equipped with ethical values and security and social skills.
The ceremony commenced with the UAE National Anthem, followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and a video presentation showcasing the أبرز activities and skills acquired by the students throughout the course.
The Future Police students delivered live demonstrations in martial arts and self-defence, alongside a military drill and field exercises in weapon handling, assembly, and disassembly, as well as a riot control simulation that drew admiration from the audience.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, accompanied by Brigadier Sultan Al Muhairi, honoured the outstanding students of the course. His Highness also received a commemorative gift from the Deputy Commander-General of Ajman Police on the occasion.
Brigadier Sultan Khalifa bin Hareb Al Muhairi also honoured the partners, trainers, and programme organisers, in recognition of their contributions and efforts in ensuring the success of this distinguished course, wishing all continued success in further advancing security and public safety.
