Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, the fourth edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition will open tomorrow at the Emirates Hospitality Hall and continue until 16 September. The exhibition will bring together a number of leading real estate development companies, alongside a select group of officials, decision-makers, experts and specialists in the real estate sector.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, affirmed that organising the exhibition for the fourth consecutive year reflects the Department’s commitment to highlighting the Emirate’s investment advantages and showcasing promising real estate projects and the diverse opportunities Ajman offers to investors and those interested in the regional real estate sector.
He stated that Ajman’s real estate market is an attractive investment destination, owing to its high competitiveness, flexible and investor-friendly legislation, advanced infrastructure and integrated modern government services, which enhance the ease of doing business and support the growth of the Emirate’s real estate sector.
Al Muhairi noted that the previous edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition welcomed 4,082 visitors and saw the conclusion of 891 deals with a total value exceeding AED 442 million, reflecting the event’s success and the growing confidence of investors and entrepreneurs in the real estate opportunities available in the Emirate of Ajman.
For her part, Afra Al Zaabi, Chairperson of the Exhibition Organising Committee, explained that the fourth edition’s agenda features specialised themes presented by a select group of real estate experts and specialists. These will address the sustainability strategy for the real estate sector, the importance of harnessing technology in real estate projects, building sustainable real estate portfolios, methodologies for managing real estate crises, and a number of panel discussions in the fields of real estate investment and development.
She added that the first day of the exhibition will feature an opening session entitled “A Sustainable Strategy for Facilities and Asset Management.” She invited those interested to visit the exhibition, explore the promising investment opportunities, benefit from the discussion sessions and themes presented, and take part in the draws organised for exhibition visitors.
