The Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, in collaboration with the New Economy Academy, has launched the "Real Estate Business Incubator" program. This initiative aims to qualify national talent, attract a new generation of Emirati entrepreneurs, and support them in entering the real estate entrepreneurship sector.
The program was unveiled during a ceremony held in Ajman, which featured the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two entities. The agreement was signed by H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, and Dr. Leila Faridoun, CEO of the New Economy Academy, in the presence of several directors and officials from both sides.
H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi emphasized that the Real Estate Business Incubator program aligns with the directives of the wise leadership to develop the emirate's real estate sector. This is achieved by empowering national talent, enhancing the legislative and regulatory framework, and providing an attractive, stimulating investment environment that fosters a distinguished generation of real estate entrepreneurs.
He added that the Department is committed to providing opportunities for youth and empowering real estate entrepreneurs and startups in Ajman. This will be accomplished through an integrated training framework supervised by a select group of specialized experts, following a sustainable development plan that drives innovation and sustainability in the emirate's real estate sector.
For her part, Dr. Leila Faridoun confirmed that the "Real Estate Business Incubator" program in Ajman is part of the Academy's ongoing efforts to build national capabilities. It enables them to capitalize on the promising opportunities within the UAE's real estate sector.
She further noted that the program extends beyond traditional training, offering participants a comprehensive ecosystem that includes practical mentorship, guidance, and exposure to industry best practices. This approach is designed to help them transform their ideas and startups into sustainable, competitive business models.
Dr. Faridoun concluded by explaining that the program focuses on qualifying Emirati entrepreneurs by equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills to understand and navigate real estate market dynamics. This, in turn, will support sector growth, boost competitiveness, and reinforce Ajman’s position as an attractive destination for real estate investment.
