28 Million Taxi Users in Ajman During 2025 with 6.66% Growth

The Transport Authority in Ajman has announced achieving growth in the number of taxi vehicle users during 2025, with the total number of users reaching 28,012,152 users, with 6.66% growth compared to 2024.

This growth reflects the continued demand for taxi vehicle services as one of the most important means of transportation in the Emirate of Ajman.

Engineer Sami Ali Al Jallaf, Executive Director of the Public Transport and Licensing Corporation at the Transport Authority in Ajman, affirmed that these results reflect the Authority’s continuous efforts in developing the transport system and improving the quality of services provided, thereby contributing to enhancing the efficiency of the public transport sector and raising the level of customer satisfaction.

Al Jallaf explained that the taxi vehicle fleet is equipped with the latest technologies that ensure user comfort and safety, through real-time tracking systems, surveillance cameras, and digital payment options, thereby supporting the provision of reliable and safe service around the clock.

He noted that taxi vehicle requests are available through multiple channels that meet the needs of various segments of society, including the Route application, Uber, Careem, and Yango applications, in addition to Ajman One and the Booking and Distribution Center, providing flexible and easy options for accessing the service.
