Real Estate Licence Transactions in Ajman Grow 25% in Q1
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, confirmed that real estate licence transactions recorded a growth rate of 25% during the first quarter of 2026.
He stated that the total number of real estate licence transactions reached 1,163, including the issuance of 305 real estate practice cards, representing 24% growth compared to the same period in 2025, while the number of renewed cards reached 453, up 76%, reflecting investor and entrepreneur confidence and their commitment to continuing business operations in Ajman.
He noted the diversity of real estate licence transactions, which encompassed the issuance of real estate developer registration certificates, real estate office registration certificates, real estate advertising permits, and registration certificate renewal services, the latter recording 13% growth, in accordance with data from the quarterly report.
He added that these results affirm the quality and efficiency of the business environment in the Emirate and consolidate its leading position as an economic hub attractive to investors, owing to its flexible investment policies aimed at encouraging entrepreneurs to establish their ventures within a secure environment and in accordance with laws and legislation aligned with the requirements of sustainable development.
