The ‘Customer Happiness Week’ events organised by the Ajman Department of Economic Development under the theme “We Listen to Make You Happy”, held from 30 April to 3 May 2026 at Ajman City Centre, witnessed a large public turnout and engagement from various segments of society, in a family-friendly atmosphere filled with joy and happiness.
The events enhanced the public’s experience through direct interaction with specialists and the exchange of views, through which the Department aims, via its interactive platform, to consolidate a government culture built on institutional excellence and to build direct communication bridges with customers, meeting their aspirations.
The ‘Customer Happiness Week’ events included a comprehensive set of awareness and interactive activities that drew wide engagement from the public in an open and vibrant environment, with the aim of providing customers with the opportunity to learn about the Department’s services, benefit from the guidance and awareness activities on offer, and engage and participate in them.
The events also featured sessions for exchanging views with customers and listening to their suggestions, working to transform public feedback and observations into promising opportunities for development and excellence, in line with the Ajman Government’s aspirations to enhance the quality of government work and provide the best human-centred services.
The Ajman Department of Economic Development organises the Customer Happiness Week events under the theme “We Listen to Make You Happy”, with the aim of strengthening direct communication with the public and delivering an innovative service experience in an open environment, as part of the Department’s commitment to developing its services framework and elevating the customer experience through the adoption of more accessible and flexible communication channels.
The Department also enables members of the community and entrepreneurs, through the week’s events, to benefit from the services and initiatives on offer, affirming that this initiative represents an opportunity that combines benefit and enjoyment through the direct services, interactive experiences, competitions, and diverse prizes it provides.
