His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, visited today the events of ‘Make in the Emirates 2026’ at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi.
The Crown Prince of Ajman toured the platform, accompanied by Sheikh Hamid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Ajman Executive Council, and Sheikh Rashid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Digital Department. During the tour, His Highness was briefed, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, on the latest national projects targeting the development of the industrial sector in the country.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi visited the EDGE Group pavilion, where he was briefed on the latest innovations in defence industries. He also visited the UAE Cybersecurity Council pavilion, where he was acquainted with the most prominent national efforts in enhancing cybersecurity and protecting and supporting digital infrastructure, thereby contributing to the consolidation of a secure and advanced industrial environment in the country.
The Crown Prince of Ajman affirmed that the leadership of the United Arab Emirates attaches great importance to the industrial sector and is committed to supporting national industries and enhancing their competitiveness, by providing the enablers that contribute to their growth and sustainability.
His Highness stated that ‘Make in the Emirates’ reflects the level of industrial progress the country has achieved, built upon an ambitious strategic vision targeting the development of a sustainable industrial sector that is competitive both regionally and globally.
Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi added: “What we witness today confirms that national industry has become a fundamental pillar in the journey of economic diversification, and sends a clear message to the world of the resilience of the country’s economy and its ability to adapt to global changes.”
His Highness affirmed that the platform represents a practical model for supporting the growth of the industrial sector by empowering national companies and enhancing their presence, opening new horizons for investment and innovation, thereby cementing the country’s position as an advanced industrial hub and strengthening its competitiveness on the international stage.
It is worth noting that the fifth edition of the ‘Make in the Emirates’ platform features the participation of more than 1,245 exhibiting companies across 12 industrial sectors, and is expected to attract more than 120,000 visitors, including international investors, manufacturers, decision-makers, and industrial sector leaders.
