The Emirate of Ajman witnessed during the year 2025 a remarkable increase in the registration of real estate development projects, achieving growth of 121% compared to 2024, according to data from the Ajman Real Estate Index.
This accelerated growth reflects the growing confidence of investors in the emirate’s real estate sector, driven by the qualitative advantages it possesses, the diversity of its promising projects, the multiplicity of investment opportunities it provides, as well as the smooth and easy procedures for project registration.
