The Private Education Affairs Office in the Emirate of Ajman has announced the decision to transition to remote learning commencing on Tuesday, 5 May 2026, and continuing through to Friday, 8 May 2026, for students and teaching and administrative staff in all private schools across the Emirate. This measure has been taken out of concern for the safety of students and all those working in the educational field. The current situation will be reassessed on Friday, 8 May 2026, should an extension of the period prove necessary.
