Ajman Government Human Resources Department Wins GCC Award for Best Government Sector Happiness Initiative for “Our Balanced Summer”

Ajman Government Human Resources Department has won the Best Public and Government Sector Happiness Initiative Award at the Government Human Resources and Youth Empowerment Summit and GCC Excellence Awards 2026, for its “Our Balanced Summer” initiative.

The initiative embodies an institutional direction that places employee happiness and quality of life as key pillars in developing the government work environment and strengthening sustainable performance.
