Ajman Chamber Reviews 2026 Achievements and Discusses Projects for the Next Phase

His Excellency Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, commended the journey of development and achievements witnessed by the Emirate of Ajman over the 45 years since His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid AlNuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, assumed the reins of governance.

He affirmed that this journey, supported and closely followed by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid AlNuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has contributed to consolidating the emirate’s position and strengthening its competitiveness across various fields, foremost among them the economic sector.

He also commended Ajman Chamber’s achievements during the current year, including awards and ISO conformity certificates, as well as the diversity of its international participation. He stressed that these outcomes reflect the Chamber’s efforts to advance its performance and strengthen its local and international presence, in support of the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030.

The remarks came during the Chamber’s third Board of Directors meeting for 2026, held at the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Board members.

The meeting reviewed the progress of projects and initiatives included in this year’s plans, as well as key achievements and developments related to the business facilitation ecosystem. It also considered the Chamber’s efforts to eliminate bureaucracy and support the emirate’s competitiveness and investment appeal.

The Board discussed the Chamber’s preparations to organise the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition during the first quarter of 2027, with the participation of universities and educational institutions from within and outside the UAE. The exhibition will help strengthen Ajman’s presence as an education destination, attract new institutions and investments, and introduce the latest academic and professional programmes and specialisations aligned with labour-market requirements.

Board members also reviewed developments concerning the organisation of the fourth edition of the Ajman Franchise Exhibition, its role in supporting the franchising sector and attracting new investment opportunities, and its contribution to expanding opportunities for local brands in overseas markets.

The meeting also reviewed the outcomes of Ajman Chamber’s participation in the AIM Investment Summit, including its efforts to enable entities and companies participating under its pavilion to engage directly with investors, explore cooperation and partnership opportunities, and promote the emirate’s sectors and investment opportunities.

The Board also reviewed the outcomes of the Human Resources and Finance Committee meetings, the Chamber’s financial position report, the strategic performance report, and updates on the implementation of this year’s projects.
