As part of its efforts to enhance employee wellbeing and improve quality of life, the Ajman Government Human Resources Department, in cooperation with Al Etihad Credit Bureau, is organising an educational workshop entitled “Credit Awareness: Towards Financial Stability and a Better Quality of Life for Employees” on Monday, 9 November 2026, at 10:00 a.m., via Microsoft Teams.
The workshop aims to enhance financial and credit awareness among Ajman Government employees by introducing the importance of credit information and its role in achieving financial stability. It will explain credit reports, how to obtain and read them, and how to understand the information they contain. It will also clarify the concept of credit scores, the factors that influence them, and their implications for access to credit facilities.
The workshop will highlight best practices for managing credit records and strengthening creditworthiness, enabling employees to make informed financial decisions, manage their financial obligations efficiently, and avoid the risks associated with loan repayment default.
The workshop forms part of the Department’s efforts to strengthen its employee wellbeing framework through targeted initiatives that promote financial stability and quality of life. These initiatives enhance employees’ financial management awareness, support their ability to make responsible and sustainable decisions, and contribute to creating a supportive work environment that addresses their needs while promoting their wellbeing and job stability.
