Ajman Government Media Office Organises a Training Workshop on Digital Systems to Enhance the Efficiency of Media Work in the Emirate

The Ajman Government Media Office today organised a training workshop for government communication staff at government entities across the Emirate on the use of digital systems in media work. The workshop aimed to enhance the efficiency of media operations in Ajman and develop mechanisms for publishing and receiving official media content.

The workshop covered operating procedures for the digital systems, including methods for uploading news items, press materials, photographs, and accompanying video clips. It also reviewed the steps for managing and classifying content, facilitating easy access by media outlets to news issued by the Ajman Government Media Office.

Participants were also introduced to the key features provided by the digital systems for managing media content and their role in collecting and organising official news, photographs, and videos within an integrated digital environment. This supports the rapid dissemination of media content and enhances the efficiency of communication between government entities and media outlets.

The workshop forms part of the Ajman Government Media Office’s efforts to develop the government communication system, strengthen the capacities of media professionals across government entities, and promote the effective use of digital tools and platforms in line with developments in media work.

Through the development of its digital ecosystem, the Office seeks to facilitate media access to official content, contribute to documenting Ajman’s journey and achievements, and strengthen its media presence locally, regionally, and internationally.
