Ajman Chamber Launches Its Redesigned Website

Ajman Chamber has launched its redesigned website in a move aimed at enhancing customer experience through a clearer, more organised interface, easy-to-access content, and a smart assistant that facilitates rapid and efficient access to services and information.

The redesigned website provides an integrated and interconnected digital platform for Chamber members, the business community, investors and exporters. It offers easy access to e-services, information, investment opportunities, economic reports, initiatives and events through a seamless experience that prioritises ease of use and digital accessibility across different devices.

His Excellency Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, launched the website during an event held at the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship, in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Board members.

His Excellency Engineer Abdullah Al Muwaiji affirmed that the website’s development reflects the Chamber’s commitment to keeping pace with Ajman’s vision and direction towards building a more competitive and sustainable economy, while responding with agility and speed to the rapid changes shaping the business world.

He explained that the Chamber is committed to developing its digital tools and channels in line with the aspirations of its members from private-sector establishments and the wider business community.

Fatima Abdulrazzaq Al Awadhi, Director of the Information Technology Department, presented the key enhancements introduced to the website. These included the re-engineering of the user experience, the development of a flexible digital infrastructure for managing content and services, enhanced search and information-access capabilities, and the deployment of a smart assistant to provide customers with a faster and more interactive experience.

She affirmed that the website was developed in accordance with cybersecurity standards and the requirements of the ISO information security certification recently obtained by the Chamber. This reflects its commitment to best practices in information protection and enhances the reliability of its systems, the efficiency of its services and its technical readiness.
