Ajman Municipality & Planning Department has concluded its participation in the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026, organised by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department from 14 to 17 September. Through its platform, the Department showcased a package of digital rental regulation services as part of its efforts to simplify procedures, enhance customer experience, and leverage advanced technologies and artificial intelligence in the development of government services.
The Department’s platform attracted strong interest from exhibition visitors seeking to learn about the rental case registration service through the Disputes System. The service enables users to register a case, enter the details of the relevant parties, attach the required documents and track the status of their requests electronically through an integrated digital journey. This reduces the need to visit service centres and facilitates access to the service for landlords, tenants, companies and legal representatives.
The Department also presented the Tibyan smart legal assistant, which provides immediate responses to enquiries concerning rental disputes, procedures and services. Other services showcased included the registration of properties designated for workers’ accommodation, registration of workers’ and employees’ housing contracts, and the official attestation of documents.
Yousef Mohammed Al Shaiba, Executive Director of the Rental Regulation Sector at Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, affirmed that the Department’s participation in the exhibition enabled it to introduce the progress achieved in its digital services ecosystem and highlight solutions designed to simplify procedures and enhance the efficiency of services provided to customers.
He stated that the rental case registration service through the Disputes System represents an important step in facilitating access to services related to rental disputes. Through an integrated digital journey, customers can complete registration procedures, attach documents and follow up on their requests electronically, thereby saving time and effort and enhancing procedural flexibility.
Al Shaiba explained that the development of digital services forms part of the Department’s direction towards providing solutions that meet the needs of landlords, tenants, companies and legal representatives, while improving the efficiency of rental regulation services. He noted that the Department is also expanding its use of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence to further enhance the quality of government services.
He added that the Department continues to develop its digital services and strengthen integration among them in a manner that keeps pace with customer needs, supports the emirate’s business and investment environment, and aligns with Ajman’s direction towards a smarter and more efficient government ecosystem.
The Department invited customers to benefit from its digital rental regulation services and complete their transactions through its website and the Ajman One application, facilitating access to services while saving time and effort.
The Department’s participation in the exhibition reflects its commitment to developing digital solutions that support the efficiency of the real estate and rental regulation sectors, enhance customer experience, and meet investors’ expectations for services that are simpler, faster and more flexible.
