First Cohort of the Real Estate Business Incubator Launched in Ajman to Attract Emirati Entrepreneurs

The first cohort of the Real Estate Business Incubator Programme, launched by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department in cooperation with the New Economy Academy, commenced today. The programme aims to qualify national talent, attract a new generation of Emirati entrepreneurs, and support them in embarking on their journey in real estate entrepreneurship.

Held at Ajman Youth Centre over five weeks, the programme features intensive training tracks supervised by a select group of specialised experts. These include training workshops and field activities that enhance participants’ competencies and develop their capabilities, enabling them to capitalise on the promising opportunities offered by the UAE real estate sector.

Participants will also benefit from an integrated framework of mentoring and practical guidance, alongside exposure to best practices in the real estate sector. This will help them transform their ideas and projects into sustainable and competitive business models.
