MoU Between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ajman Chamber and Ajman Finance Department Launches the “Unified Attestation Package”… Three Transactions Through a Single Request, Completed in Just Three Minutes

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ajman Chamber and the Ajman Department of Finance have signed a memorandum of understanding to launch the “Unified Attestation Package”, aimed at strengthening government integration in digital services and supporting the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. The initiative will achieve this through electronic integration and the provision of integrated services for issuing and attesting documents issued by Ajman Chamber.

The memorandum aims to enable customers to complete three transactions through a single application. The process begins with the attestation of documents by Ajman Chamber, followed by their automatic attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and concludes with their certification by the UAE Embassy in the destination country, without the need to visit the separate platforms of the relevant entities.

The Unified Attestation Package also streamlines the customer journey and provides a proactive service through digital channels, reducing transaction completion time to approximately three minutes, compared with six working days previously—three days within the UAE and three days abroad. It also eliminates delivery service fees.

In this regard, His Excellency Omar Obaid Al Hesan Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said: “The Unified Attestation Package reflects the Ministry’s approach to strengthening digital integration with government entities and unifying attestation procedures within and outside the UAE through an integrated digital journey that simplifies procedures and saves time and effort. This supports the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, enhances the quality and efficiency of services provided, and contributes to reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global hub for business and investment.”

For his part, His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber, affirmed that the memorandum of understanding represents an important step towards strengthening institutional integration and developing an interconnected digital government services ecosystem. He noted that this will contribute to simplifying procedures and enhancing customer experience. He further affirmed that Ajman Chamber remains committed to adopting proactive and innovative digital solutions that support the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme and enhance the efficiency of government services.

Meanwhile, His Excellency Marwan Al Ali, Director General of the Ajman Department of Finance, stated that the Department’s participation in the Unified Attestation Package stems from its commitment to developing the financial and operational enablers that support shared government services, through advanced digital payment channels that enhance the efficiency and ease of the customer journey.

His Excellency pointed out that the initiative’s success is founded on the integration of efforts among partners to deliver an integrated service that reduces time and effort, creates a tangible impact for customers and the business sector, and supports Ajman Government’s direction towards building a more efficient, sustainable and future-ready digital services ecosystem.
