Ajman Transport and Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department Sign Memorandum to Enhance Customer Experience at the Department

The Ajman Transport Authority and the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen joint cooperation and enhance the services provided to customers. Under the memorandum, a limousine service will be made available to customers wishing to use it, facilitating their travel to and from the Department’s premises and enhancing their overall experience.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Omar Mohammed Lootah, Director General of Ajman Transport, and His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.

His Excellency Omar Mohammed Lootah affirmed that the signing of the memorandum embodies the Authority’s commitment to strengthening government integration and delivering quality, proactive services that elevate the customer experience. He noted that cooperation with the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department contributes to the provision of innovative mobility solutions that facilitate the customer journey and enhance customer satisfaction.

He explained that making the limousine service available to customers, in accordance with the mechanisms and procedures agreed between the two parties, reflects the Authority’s direction towards developing services centred on customers’ needs and providing a more seamless and comfortable experience. This supports quality of life and raises the efficiency of shared government services.

For his part, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi stated that the signing of the memorandum of understanding comes as part of the strategic partnership with Ajman Transport, and embodies the wise leadership’s directions to strengthen government integration, support the strategic objectives of the Emirate of Ajman, and consolidate its standing as an attractive destination for living and working.

He affirmed that this partnership enables the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department to provide diverse mobility services to customers, including a complimentary limousine service for those wishing to benefit from it, thereby offering an integrated experience that enhances customer comfort and facilitates travel to and from the Department’s premises.
