Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026 recorded 344 real estate transactions with a total value of AED 226 million, attracting 6,936 visitors, as the exhibition continued its activities on its third day at the Emirates Hospitality Hall.
These figures reflect the promising opportunities and transactions recorded on the exhibition’s third day. They also affirm the continued momentum towards a secure real estate future in Ajman, the attractive business environment enjoyed by the Emirate, and its strengthened position as a preferred investment destination.
On its third day, the exhibition saw Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid AlNuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, honour the winners of the Real Estate Classification Programme Awards. The recognition took place during the ceremony announcing the results of the programme’s sixth edition, organised by the Department on the sidelines of the exhibition, in the presence of a number of senior officials, investors and business leaders in the Emirate of Ajman.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid AlNuaimi affirmed that the Real Estate Classification Programme supports the Department’s efforts to advance the real estate sector by enhancing the performance of property development companies and real estate brokerage offices. It also contributes to improving the quality of life in residential communities, in line with the wise leadership’s vision to consolidate Ajman’s standing as a modern city that provides residents with wellbeing and comfort in accordance with the needs and aspirations of all segments of society.
He commended the distinguished performance of the winners of the Real Estate Classification Programme Awards and their commitment to keeping pace with the rapid growth of Ajman’s real estate market through the adoption of innovative working methods and the provision of integrated services commensurate with Ajman’s reputation and standing, while meeting future requirements and the aspirations of the wise leadership.
The exhibition’s third-day programme also included diverse interactive competitions as part of the evening activities, with valuable prizes awarded to participants. Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026, organised by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, continues with the participation of a number of leading real estate development companies and the attendance of a select group of officials, decision-makers, experts and specialists in the real estate sector.
In view of the strong turnout witnessed by the exhibition, and under the directives of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid AlNuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, it was announced that the exhibition would be extended for an additional day, continuing until Thursday, 17 September, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
