Amina Al Ghurair Mosque Organizes Pulse of Goodness Blood Donation Initiative within its Ramadan Initiatives
Amina Al Ghurair Mosque in Ajman organized the “Pulse of Goodness” blood donation initiative, as part of its community initiatives during the blessed month, as ongoing charity for Sheikha Amina bint Ahmed Al Ghurair “may Allah have mercy on her”. The campaign was held after Taraweeh prayers and witnessed remarkable turnout from worshippers and mosque visitors who were keen to participate in this humanitarian initiative.
The campaign was held in cooperation with the Blood Transfusion Services and Research Centre in Sharjah, affiliated with the Emirates Health Services, and with the participation of Metro Medical Centre, with the cooperating entities providing specialized medical personnel to receive donors and conduct necessary examinations, according to approved health procedures and standards, contributing to supporting blood reserves and enhancing health system readiness.
A number of volunteers participated in organizing the event, alongside volunteers from “Ajman Ramadan.. Piety and Faith” activities, who contributed to organizing the reception process and facilitating donor participation, in an image reflecting the spirit of cooperation and solidarity that characterizes Ramadan activities in the Emirate.
The “Pulse of Goodness” initiative comes within a series of programmes hosted by the mosque during the holy month, affirming its endowment mission in consolidating the culture of giving and sustaining the humanitarian impact of initiatives bearing the name of Sheikha Amina bint Ahmed Al Ghurair “may Allah have mercy on her”.
