The Ajman Government Human Resources Department has obtained official international accreditation as an Accredited Training and Assessment Provider (ATAP) from the Global Innovation Institute (GInI) — a distinguished new achievement that reflects the Department’s commitment to adopting global best practices in human capital development. This accreditation positively impacts government performance efficiency and service quality, and contributes to cementing the Emirate of Ajman’s pioneering standing globally in the field of institutional innovation and the qualification of government competencies in accordance with the highest international standards.
The Department received the accreditation certificate in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, His Excellency Rashid Abdulrahman bin Jabran Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Department, and the directors of the Department’s organisational units.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi affirmed that this achievement reflects the strategic orientation of the Ajman Government towards entrenching a culture of institutional innovation and building more flexible, efficient, and sustainable government work environments. He commended the efforts of the Human Resources Department in supporting and empowering national talent and developing their capabilities in line with global transformations and changes.
He added that this achievement embodies the integrated institutional work approach adopted by the Ajman Government in supporting innovation and building capabilities — enhancing the Emirate’s presence on the global innovation accreditation map and cementing its standing as a leading model in investing in people and shaping the future.
For his part, His Excellency Rashid Abdulrahman bin Jabran Al Suwaidi expressed that this accreditation represents a new strategic milestone in the Department’s journey towards entrenching a culture of institutional innovation, developing government human capital, and enhancing its competitiveness — in support of the Ajman Government’s orientations in building an innovative, sustainable, and future-ready government work ecosystem.
He added that the Department will continue to launch quality initiatives and programmes that contribute to raising institutional readiness and sustaining government excellence, in alignment with Ajman Vision 2030 and the UAE’s orientations towards building more innovative, efficient, and proactive governments.
The Accredited Training and Assessment Provider (ATAP) accreditation is one of the specialised international accreditations granted to institutions that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the fields of training, development, and institutional capacity building — reflecting the international confidence in the professional and organisational level attained by the Ajman Human Resources Department.
Under this accreditation, the Department will be able to deliver specialised training programmes and professional assessments in the fields of institutional innovation, as well as grant internationally recognised professional certifications — contributing to the development of government competencies, raising institutional readiness, and sustaining government excellence in the Emirate of Ajman.
This international accreditation crowns the efforts of the Human Resources Department and its team in adopting global best practices in innovation and institutional development, in support of the Emirate’s comprehensive development journey.
