Ammar bin Humaid Issues Decision Approving New Organisational Structure of Ajman Human Resources Department

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has issued a decision approving the new organisational structure of the Human Resources Department in Ajman Government, within the framework of developing the institutional work system and enhancing the efficiency of government human resources management.

The organisational structure is headed by the Representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and includes the Internal Audit Office, the Director General’s Office, the Strategy and Future Office, and the Corporate Communication Office.

The structure also comprises four main departments: the Policies and Governance Department, which includes the Human Resources Policies Division and the Employee Wellbeing Division; the Talent Enablement Department, which encompasses the Lifelong Learning Division and the National Talents Division; the Human Resources Systems Department, which includes the Human Resources Systems Development Division and the Human Resources Information Division; and the Support Services Department, which comprises the Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Administrative Affairs and Information Technology divisions.

The decision stipulates the amendment of the Department’s organisational structure in a manner that enhances the integration of roles between organisational units and raises the level of coordination and institutional governance.

The decision also authorises the Director General of the Department to issue the necessary executive decisions to implement its provisions, including the approval of the functions of the organisational units covered by the approved structure.

The decision comes into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
