The Ajman Government Human Resources Department is organising the Fursa (Opportunity) Private Sector Employment Fair, with the participation of 26 companies offering more than 400 job vacancies for UAE nationals seeking employment. The fair will be held on Wednesday, 10 June, at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The fair targets UAE nationals holding bachelor’s degrees, diplomas, and secondary school certificates, opening diverse career pathways for them in the private sector and supporting efforts to attract national talent and strengthen its presence across various economic sectors.
The opportunities on offer span the fields of administration and administrative support, finance and accounting, human resources and support services, marketing, media and communications, health, safety and environment, education and training, studies, policies and research, customer service, as well as operations and general services — providing a wide range of options for job seekers of varying qualifications and experience levels.
Fares Abdulaziz Al Mandous, Director of the Talent Empowerment Department at the Ajman Government Human Resources Department, affirmed that the organisation of the Fursa fair comes as part of the Department’s efforts to support Emiratisation policies and enhance the presence of UAE nationals in the private sector, through quality initiatives that complement national Emiratisation targets.
He explained that the fair serves as a direct platform bringing together job seekers and private sector institutions, enabling them to conduct job interviews and learn about available vacancies — thereby accelerating recruitment procedures and achieving a better alignment between national talent and the needs of the labour market.
Al Mandous added that the fair reflects the importance of partnership between the public and private sectors in supporting Emiratisation and empowering national cadres, by providing quality employment opportunities that enhance their participation in the labour market and keep pace with the targets of Ajman Vision 2030 and the national orientations in human development.
