Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Inspects New Premises of Ajman Land Department Archive
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, inspected the Department’s new archive premises, which have been equipped in accordance with the latest modern standards.
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi reviewed the facilities of the Land Archive across its various sections and received a detailed briefing on the working methods employed for document classification and indexing in line with the most current archival practices.
The Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department directed that efforts be made to enhance the efficiency of archival systems and adopt an integrated methodology ensuring compliance with governance requirements, particularly with regard to information preservation and swift access to archived data.
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi commended the real estate archive automation project and its role in strengthening privacy, transparency, and the preservation of real estate data, accelerating the completion of transactions, and reducing human error — all of which positively impact the satisfaction of stakeholders, whilst saving time and effort for both customers and staff alike.
