Majid bin Saeed Inaugurates Abdullah Al Rustamani Stadium at Ajman Club for People with Disabilities

His Excellency Sheikh Dr Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, President of the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman, inaugurated the Abdullah Al Rustamani Outdoor Stadium at Ajman Club for People with Disabilities in Al Jurf 1 area, following the completion of its development works and transformation into an integrated Olympic stadium.

His Excellency unveiled the commemorative plaque marking the inauguration, in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Ibrahim Al Ghamlasi, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, Youssef Saeed Al Shamsi, Director General, and a number of Board members, community figures and the Club’s strategic partners.

The project represents a qualitative leap in the Club’s journey, as the development works included comprehensive rehabilitation of the stadium and its transformation into an Olympic facility equipped according to the best approved technical specifications and standards, enabling the hosting of various sports championships and events, and enhancing the readiness of the Club’s players with determination to participate in local and international competitions.

His Excellency Ahmed Ibrahim Al Ghamlasi affirmed that the inauguration of the stadium represents an important milestone in the Club’s development path, noting that the project embodies the Club’s vision aimed at providing an integrated sports environment that keeps pace with the aspirations of People of Determination and supports their journey towards achieving accomplishments and raising the name of the country in various forums.

He expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Marwan Abdullah Al Rustamani for his support of the outdoor stadium maintenance and development project, which resulted in its transformation into an integrated Olympic facility bearing the name “Abdullah Al Rustamani Stadium”, affirming that this support reflects a community commitment to empowering People of Determination and providing an advanced sports environment according to the highest standards.

He added that the project embodies the spirit of community partnership and integration with supporting entities, noting the Club’s continued implementation of development initiatives that elevate the sports and rehabilitation services provided to players.

The ceremony included honouring supporting entities in appreciation of their contributions to completing the project, amid attendees’ praise for the importance of this step in supporting the Club’s journey and enhancing its presence in serving and empowering People of Determination.
