Mohammed bin Ammar Crowns Winners of Cycling Race in Ajman Government Sports Tournament

Sheikh Mohammed bin Ammar Al Nuaimi attended the cycling race within the activities of the Ajman Government Sports Tournament 2026, held on Monday evening with broad participation from male and female citizens and People of Determination, alongside government entity employees, for a distance of 6 kilometres.

The race was held on Al Qurm Cycling Track amid a distinctive competitive atmosphere reflecting the readiness and high sporting spirit of participants, in a scene embodying determination, challenge and the spirit of perseverance among various participating categories.

Following the race, Sheikh Mohammed bin Ammar Al Nuaimi crowned the winners, accompanied by Mr Abdulaziz Abdullah, Director of Championships, and Mr Jamal Al Janahi, Supervisor of the cycling race in the sports tournament.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Ammar Al Nuaimi praised the distinguished level demonstrated by participants and the organizational efforts that contributed to the race’s success, affirming the importance of continuing to support sports and community initiatives that enhance quality of life and consolidate the culture of physical activity in society.

The Higher Organizing Committee affirmed that the race comes within the framework of enhancing community sports culture and consolidating a healthy lifestyle in the government work environment, noting that the diversity of participating categories reflects the tournament’s direction towards inclusivity and providing everyone with the opportunity to participate in sports activities that enhance positive competition and communication between different entities.
