Ajman Government Media Office Concludes Media Readiness Programme

The Ajman Government Media Office has concluded the work of the second package of the “Media Readiness” programme, organized under the title “Mastering Execution.. Operational Media and Performance Analysis”, with the aim of developing the operational capabilities of executive leaders and department managers in the media sector, and enhancing their readiness to keep pace with the requirements of media work amid an environment characterized by acceleration and continuous change.

The programme falls within the “Media Competencies” programme launched by Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, and aims to develop the skills of media personnel within an integrated vision to enable government media to keep pace with modern transformations.

The work of the second package of the “Media Readiness” programme targeted building advanced practical skills in managing media campaigns, performance analysis, and using artificial intelligence tools in content production and impact measurement, through applied simulation, specialized workshops, and intensive practical training both theoretically and practically.

The programme focused on operational media concepts, building media relations and strategic alliances, managing correspondence and press releases, in addition to developing an in-depth understanding of media performance indicators and mechanisms for preparing executive reports, thereby achieving tangible and measurable results, and enhancing the efficiency of media departments in government entities.

Participants emerged with a package of skills that enable them to lead media work teams toward producing content that achieves measurable positive impact, serving the strategic objectives of the Ajman Government.

Amal Al Balushi, Director of Media Development Department at the Ajman Government Media Office, stated that the “Media Readiness” programme affirms the Office’s commitment to translating the vision of wise leadership in building a government media system characterized by flexibility and innovation.

She emphasized that the programme embodies the Media Office’s directions toward building a government media system capable of transitioning from planning to execution with high efficiency, noting that the focus on operational media and performance analysis represents a fundamental pillar for ensuring the effectiveness of the media message and achieving tangible impact.

She added, “Investing in developing media competencies and empowering leaders with measurement and analysis tools and modern technologies, foremost among them artificial intelligence, raises the quality of media content and enhances the readiness of government entities to deal with various variables,” affirming the Ajman Government Media Office’s continuation in launching quality programmes that support the development of government media and consolidate its role as an effective partner in achieving comprehensive development in the emirate.
