Protocol and Hospitality Department in Ajman and Ajman University Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement

The Protocol and Hospitality Department in Ajman and Ajman University signed a strategic partnership agreement at the University headquarters, aimed at enhancing institutional cooperation, exchanging expertise and services, and supporting continuous education pathways, contributing to raising efficiency and expanding the scope of joint work between both parties.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Youssef Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Protocol and Hospitality Department in Ajman, and His Excellency Dr Karim Al Saghir, Director of Ajman University, in the presence of a number of officials and academics from both parties.

The agreement targets establishing a practical framework for cooperation in the fields of training, qualification and capacity development, enhancing institutional performance efficiency and contributing to preparing qualified cadres capable of keeping pace with modern work requirements, alongside exchanging services and expertise, achieving added value for both parties and supporting the Emirate’s directions in building effective and sustainable partnerships.

His Excellency Youssef Mohammed Al Nuaimi affirmed that signing the agreement embodies the Protocol and Hospitality Department’s commitment to expanding its network of strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions, stemming from a firm conviction that investment in people is the fundamental pillar for developing institutional work and elevating service quality.

He stated that cooperation with Ajman University opens new horizons for exchanging knowledge and expertise, and provides quality opportunities for developing and qualifying employees’ skills according to the best academic and professional practices, positively reflecting on performance efficiency and enhancing the readiness of national cadres.

He added that the Department proceeds according to a clear vision based on building sustainable complementary partnerships that contribute to simplifying procedures, developing the work environment, and supporting Ajman Government’s directions towards institutional excellence and leadership in service delivery.

For his part, His Excellency Dr Karim Al Saghir affirmed that Ajman University views this partnership as an extension of its community role and responsibility in supporting government institutions with academic expertise and specialized training programmes.

He noted that the agreement provides practical opportunities to enhance applied education and link theoretical knowledge with the actual needs of work institutions, consolidating the culture of continuous learning and contributing to preparing cadres capable of effective contribution to the development journey.

He added that the University is committed to expanding the scope of its cooperation with government entities in the Emirate, achieving integration between the academic and institutional sectors, and enhancing the joint work system to serve the community and achieve Ajman’s developmental aspirations.

This partnership represents a qualitative step towards enhancing institutional cooperation and facilitating procedures between both parties, supporting performance development and raising efficiency, and establishing an effective model for integration between government and academic institutions in the Emirate of Ajman.
