The Ajman Government Human Resources Department is organising an Open Day for immediate job interviews on Thursday, 21 May 2026, at Majlis Al Watan in Ajman, to present 20 vacancies within the e& Group. This is being held as part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to support Emiratisation, enhance sustainable employment opportunities for national talent, and empower them to integrate into the labour market and contribute to the comprehensive development journey.
The Open Day offers vacancies in the fields of Customer Service (Call Centre) and Sales Executive for holders of secondary school certificates, diplomas, and bachelor’s degrees, with the opportunity for applicants to attend immediate, direct interviews with recruitment officials, with the aim of expediting recruitment procedures and achieving alignment between the employer’s requirements and the aspirations of job seekers.
The Ajman Government Human Resources Department affirmed that this initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening partnership with the private sector and expanding direct employment channels for citizens, by providing interactive platforms that contribute to attracting national talent and supporting Emiratisation targets and sustainable development.
The Department invited citizens seeking employment to register and participate in order to benefit from the available job opportunities, affirming its commitment to launching qualitative initiatives that contribute to empowering Emirati talent and enhancing their readiness for the future.
