“Wiqayati” Program Services Cover 20 Centers Across the UAE

The Emirates Health Services (EHS) announced the continued development of medical fitness screening services for issuing and renewing residence visas under the “Wiqayati” program, which covers 20 centers distributed across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The program is one of the most prominent initiatives aimed at ensuring a seamless and integrated experience for customers according to the highest international standards, reflecting EHS’s commitment to excellence in healthcare service delivery and digital transformation.

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al Naqbi, Executive Director of the Allied Health Services Sector at Emirates Health Services, affirmed that “Wiqayati” services represent a pioneering model in supporting the goals of the “We the UAE 2031” vision, thanks to achieving qualitative leaps in quality of life indicators. He explained that providing fast and integrated services and obtaining test results in less than 24 hours embodies the institution’s commitment to placing customers at the forefront of its priorities through reliance on smart solutions, enhancing procedural ease, and ensuring speed of completion.

He added that “Wiqayati” services have become today’s fast and reliable destination for issuing medical certificates, as the accredited centers conduct more than 2,500 examinations daily using modern technologies, such as analyzing X-ray images with artificial intelligence. They provide a range of distinguished services that ensure customer comfort, including mobile services that include home service for conducting medical fitness examinations for visa renewal for individuals, and mobile bus service that reaches customers’ locations directly for issuing and renewing visas for companies.

The twenty centers providing “Wiqayati” services are distributed across the UAE, with 7 centers in Dubai, 6 centers in Sharjah, 2 centers in Ajman, 2 centers in Ras Al Khaimah, 2 centers in Fujairah, and 1 center in Umm Al Quwain. All service centers are committed to providing a comfortable and fast customer journey within an environment that respects privacy and meets the needs of individuals, families, and companies alike.
