Ajman Civil Defence, National Ambulance and Ajman Police Distribute UAE Flags to Citizens and Residents in Response to Proud of the UAE Campaign

In response to the “Proud of the UAE” campaign launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, through which His Highness called on UAE nationals and residents to raise the UAE flag above their homes, institutions and buildings, Ajman Police and the General Directorate of Civil Defence and National Ambulance in Ajman distributed UAE flags to citizens and residents in the Ajman Marina area.

The response, which witnessed wide engagement from citizens and residents, reflects the leading and courageous role played by government entities in the UAE and in the Emirate of Ajman as the first line of defence in safeguarding the country’s stability and national achievements, protecting community members and ensuring their security and safety, particularly in times of crisis.

Ajman Police and the General Directorate of Civil Defence and National Ambulance in Ajman affirmed that the UAE flag is the source of our pride and honour, a symbol of our union and strength, and that under its banner the sons of the nation stand united behind their wise leadership in the highest expression of national solidarity and belonging to this great land. They expressed their commitment to ensuring it continues to fly high above every home, institution and building.

They added that the UAE flag is an embodiment of the spirit of the nation — each of its colours, with their profound significance, encapsulates a story of greatness, values of generosity, and epics of strength and sacrifice, as well as meanings of goodness, prosperity and peace. The banner of glory that unites the seven emirates will forever remain a symbol of sovereignty and national unity, and an impregnable fortress that embraces the sons of this nation, its residents and visitors, on the land of tolerance and coexistence.
