“Ajman Economic Development” Launches Platform for Smart Services and “Zero Bureaucracy” at City Centre

The Ajman Department of Economic Development launched its promotional platform for smart services at City Centre Ajman, with the aim of introducing the Department’s services and raising public awareness of fast-track channels that contribute to an easier and more effective service experience.

The platform comes within the framework of the Department’s efforts to support the objectives of the government’s “Zero Bureaucracy” program, by highlighting a package of services that have been simplified and their procedures facilitated. These include the commercial license renewal service via SMS, the “Ajman One” application, and the Department’s website, which shortens the customer journey and saves time and effort without the need for personal attendance.

The platform also allows visitors to learn about the new license opening service for entrepreneurs and business owners, which enables them to start their activities quickly and flexibly, in addition to introducing the “We Monitor Together” initiative, which encourages community members to report any non-compliant commercial practices through available digital channels, thereby enhancing consumer protection and consolidating the culture of partnership between the Department and the community.

Platform visitors will have the opportunity to communicate directly with the Department’s team and ask their questions about how to benefit from digital services, in addition to receiving guidance on commercial license renewal mechanisms, opening new licenses, steps for using the “Ajman One” application and website, and approved channels for reporting within the “We Monitor Together” initiative.

The platform will continue until December 6, from 10 AM to 9 PM, to receive customers, inform them about the Department’s services, and raise public awareness of fast-track channels that contribute to an easier and more effective service experience.

The Ajman Department of Economic Development invited the public, including investors, business owners, and community members, to visit its promotional platform at City Centre Ajman to learn closely about the developed services and benefit from the solutions offered by the Department in simplifying procedures and supporting a competitive business environment in the emirate.
