The Fursa Employment Fair, organised by Ajman Government Human Resources Department at the Emirates Hospitality Centre, attracted a strong turnout of jobseekers. The event brought together 20 private-sector companies offering more than 300 job vacancies, with the aim of enhancing employment opportunities for national talent and expanding career prospects for UAE nationals.
The fair provided an opportunity for jobseekers holding secondary school, diploma and bachelor’s degrees to learn about available vacancies, conduct direct interviews with representatives of participating companies, understand the requirements of the positions on offer, and explore career pathways suited to their qualifications and capabilities.
Fares Abdulaziz Al Mandous, Director of the Talent Empowerment Department at Ajman Government Human Resources Department, affirmed that the strong turnout at the fair reflects national talent’s interest in joining the private-sector labour market. It also confirms the fair’s success in achieving its objectives of connecting jobseekers with actual employment opportunities and facilitating recruitment procedures, thereby supporting Emiratisation efforts and enhancing alignment between jobseekers’ qualifications and job requirements.
He stated that the fair demonstrated the importance of integration between the government and private sectors in supporting employment, empowering national talent and strengthening its contribution to economic development. This aligns with the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030 and the national human development priorities.
He commended the cooperation of the participating companies and their commitment to attracting UAE national talent.
Ajman Government Human Resources Department continues to develop initiatives that support employment and empower national talent while strengthening partnerships with private-sector companies. These efforts contribute to achieving a balance between labour-market needs and the aspirations of jobseekers.
