Ajman Chamber has launched the “Smart COO – Agentic AI” service in a qualitative step that redefines the export experience, enhances the efficiency of services provided to the business community, and opens new prospects for deploying Agentic AI to accelerate procedures, improve data accuracy and compliance, and support companies’ competitiveness.
The intelligent agent completes Certificate of Origin applications in less than three minutes, consolidating the Chamber’s leadership in developing digital services that deliver a direct and tangible impact on the business environment.
The service was launched at the Chamber’s headquarters in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber; His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber; Mohammed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector; and Ali Rashid Al Kaitoob, Executive Director of the Studies and Investment Development Sector.
Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi commended the advancement of the Chamber’s services, affirming that deploying artificial intelligence to enhance the customer journey is a fundamental pillar for improving service efficiency and building a more agile and future-ready business environment. This, he noted, strengthens the Emirate of Ajman’s competitiveness and its economic and investment appeal.
He noted that the service employs an intelligent agent to simplify business operations, accelerate trade flows and reduce export-processing time. It provides companies with greater flexibility to respond to opportunities and expand without additional operational burdens, while enhancing data accuracy and compliance levels.
He added that the service’s impact goes beyond accelerating procedures and improving customer experience to enhancing the efficiency of trade supply chains and strengthening companies’ ability to compete. This supports the growth of Ajman’s business environment and consolidates its position as an attractive destination for trade and investment.
Fatima Abdulrazzaq Al Awadhi, Director of the Information Technology Department, delivered a presentation on the service, outlining how the intelligent agent executes an application—from understanding and processing its data to completing the required procedures and completing the service in less than three minutes.
She explained that the service’s re-engineering has reduced the application process to four clicks, contributing to faster completion and more efficient procedures. This development reflects Ajman Chamber’s approach to innovating proactive services centred on the needs of the business community and aligned with its expectations for a simpler, faster and more reliable experience.
