99.96% Customer Satisfaction at Speed Vehicle Inspection and Registration Centre in Ajman During the First Half of 2026

Ajman Transport Authority revealed the performance indicators of Speed Vehicle Testing and Registration Center during the first half of 2026, with customer happiness reaching 99.96%, the average inspection service time reaching 9.10 minutes, and the total number of customers for licensing and inspection services reaching 74,433 customers.

Mr. Ahmed Saqr Al Matrooshi, Executive Director of the Commercial Services Corporation, affirmed that these indicators reflect the center’s commitment to providing high-quality services based on fast completion and customer satisfaction, in line with Ajman Transport Authority’s direction to develop services and enhance the customer experience.

He added that achieving a high customer happiness rate reflects the efficiency of the services provided at the center and the continuous efforts to simplify procedures and improve the customer journey, contributing to a smoother and more convenient service experience.

For his part, Mr. Ammar Al Shaer, Director of the Investment Department, stated that Speed Center continues to develop its vehicle testing and registration services by improving operational performance and regularly monitoring service indicators, ensuring faster completion while maintaining service quality.
