Ajman, 6 October:
Ajman Chamber participated in the UAE trade mission to the Kingdom of Belgium, with the aim of strengthening cooperation, supporting international economic partnerships, opening new channels for collaboration, and promoting trade and investment between the two countries’ business communities.
The mission was organised by the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in Brussels, from 5 to 6 October.
His Excellency Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salmeen Al Aryani, Member of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, represented the Chamber as part of the UAE delegation, which included officials from government entities and representatives of the private sector.
The visit programme included participation in the UAE-Belgium economic event, bilateral meetings with representatives of Belgium’s business community to explore cooperation and partnership opportunities, in addition to field visits to explore successful economic models and practices.
His Excellency Mohammed bin Salmeen Al Aryani said: “Ajman Chamber’s participation in the UAE trade mission to Belgium supports the diversification of economic and investment partnerships and opens new channels of engagement with the Belgian business community. This enhances opportunities for cooperation and commercial exchange between both sides.”
He noted that Ajman Chamber is committed to participating in the UAE’s official trade missions to promote investment opportunities in Ajman and strengthen the emirate’s presence on the international business map.
He explained that, during the trade mission, Ajman Chamber held several bilateral meetings with representatives of the Belgian business community, during which they discussed opportunities for cooperation, the exchange of visits, and the organisation of joint events and forums bringing together officials and business representatives from both sides.
The meetings aimed to strengthen direct engagement, introduce commercial and investment opportunities, and open new avenues for partnerships and trade exchange between both sides.
