The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ajman Chamber and the Ajman Department of Finance have activated the Unified Attestation Package, to simplify the procedures for issuing and attesting documents issued by Ajman Chamber through a unified and integrated process.
The initiative streamlines the customer journey, eliminates unnecessary procedures and supports the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme.
The package was launched at the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship in the presence of Her Excellency Sheikha Hessa bint Sultan Al Nahyan, Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber; Ajman Chamber Board members; His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber; and His Excellency Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director General of the Ajman Department of Finance.
The event was also attended by a number of government officials from the Ministry of Finance, Ajman Digital Department, and chambers of commerce and industry from across the UAE.
Her Excellency Sheikha Hessa bint Sultan Al Nahyan affirmed that strengthening integration between federal and local entities has a direct impact on delivering more efficient and seamless government services.
She noted that integrating services through digital platforms helps reduce the time and effort required from customers and enables government entities to provide more proactive services that respond to their needs.
Her Excellency added: “The initiative reflects the UAE Government’s commitment to designing people-centred services and supports the objectives of the We the UAE 2031 Vision by enhancing government efficiency and consolidating the UAE’s global leadership in government service delivery.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, continues to strengthen government partnerships and employ digital solutions to build a more agile and proactive services ecosystem.”
She further explained that eliminating bureaucracy requires a clear understanding of customers’ needs and listening to the feedback of frontline service-delivery teams. This contributes to redesigning procedures and developing integrated services that deliver tangible, measurable improvements in customer experience.
For his part, His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi said: “The Unified Attestation Package represents a practical model of integrated government work and efficient performance. It embodies a qualitative step in the UAE’s journey towards simplifying procedures, enhancing customer experience and supporting the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme.”
He commended the partnership and institutional integration between federal and local entities, affirming that the achievement was made possible through the combined efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ajman Chamber and the Ajman Department of Finance to design an exceptional experience that shortens procedures, reduces requirements and saves time and effort for the business community and customers.
He added: “The launch and activation of this package represents a new building block in establishing a highly efficient and integrated government ecosystem. It supports Ajman Vision 2030 and aligns with the objectives of We the UAE 2031, by harnessing advanced digital infrastructure to provide proactive and seamless government services that place people and the business community at the heart of their priorities.”
His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi affirmed that Ajman Chamber believes the philosophy of eliminating bureaucracy begins with leadership listening to the voice of customers and the ideas of work teams. It is completed by aligning visions and unifying efforts among partners, leading to the re-engineering of procedures and the development of services in accordance with the highest standards.
Meanwhile, His Excellency Marwan Ahmed Al Ali affirmed that the launch and activation of the Unified Attestation Package represents a qualitative step towards strengthening government integration and employing data and digital solutions to provide faster, smoother and more efficient services, in line with the UAE’s direction towards eliminating bureaucracy and enhancing the quality of government services.
He said: “This step embodies a practical approach to designing a customer-centred journey and simplifying procedures through integration and data exchange in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency and security. It saves time and effort, enhances ease of access to services, and establishes a more interconnected government experience that is responsive to customers’ needs.”
He added that, through its role in the electronic connectivity and payment ecosystem, the Department continues to provide integrated digital financial solutions that support the efficiency of collection and settlement processes. These solutions contribute to building an interconnected, agile and sustainable government services ecosystem that leverages advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
During the event, Mohammed Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector at Ajman Chamber, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the procedures for issuing and attesting documents issued by Ajman Chamber. He reviewed the stages of the customer journey before and after the launch of the Unified Attestation Package, highlighting the reduction in procedures and the integration achieved among the relevant entities.
He explained that the transaction previously required six procedures and 15 steps, whereas it has now become a unified digital process consisting of only three procedures and three steps, completed through a single window in just a few minutes.
The service-launch event also witnessed the exchange of agreements among the participating entities—the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ajman Chamber and the Ajman Department of Finance—and commemorative photographs with the entities involved in delivering the Unified Attestation Package and the team responsible for the package.
