Abdulaziz bin Humaid Launches “Smart Real Estate Dashboard” to Enhance Institutional Performance Efficiency

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, launched the Smart Real Estate Dashboard, developed by the Department to enhance institutional performance efficiency and strengthen the decision-making framework by providing a comprehensive and integrated overview of the real estate sector’s performance.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said that the Smart Real Estate Dashboard represents a qualitative addition that supports the Department’s ongoing efforts to automate processes and adopt smart solutions to advance its operational ecosystem and accelerate decision-making through strategic studies and analyses. The platform enables leadership and managers to monitor market trends, track performance, and analyse customer behaviour.

He added that the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department is implementing an integrated strategy to elevate the performance of the real estate sector and contribute effectively to achieving the sustainable development goals envisioned by the wise leadership. He stressed the importance of strengthening the investment climate, enhancing quality of life, and delivering innovative and proactive services that align with Ajman Vision 2030, while reinforcing the confidence of investors and entrepreneurs and providing them with an ideal business environment.
