The Ajyal (“Generations”) Programme of the General Secretariat of the Ajman Executive Council has concluded the Masar (“Pathway”) workshop — the first of its kind in the Emirate of Ajman to enable young people to undertake internationally accredited career and personal assessments. Its first phase, held over the course of a week, targeted a select group of high-achieving graduates, alongside selected candidates from the Ajyal Programme.
The Masar workshop aimed to help young people understand their capabilities, discover their potential, and develop academic and career plans founded on reliable tools and a clearer vision. It commenced with an introductory session and assessments that identified their strengths, followed by interactive workshops entitled “How to Succeed in Life Using Your Strengths”, which helped participants turn the results into practical insights.
The workshop concluded with individual sessions with specialised career advisers, during which an academic and career plan was developed for each participant. Masar was more than just a workshop; it was an exploratory journey that enabled young people to lay the foundations for their future with confidence, clarity and a well-considered vision.
